Countries other than Malaysia - 14-28 days according to the region. It may take more than 28 days according to the customs clearance at your respective country



Paid & Fulfilled - Your order is ready to be shipped and tracking will be sent to the contact number provided while you placed and order

Paid & Unfulfilled-Your order is still under process to be shipped within 2 working days.All our products are ready stock unless stated otherwise on the product title

Manual payment attachments & Unfulfilled - Your payment will need to be checked by our finance team and will be marked paid within 48 hours.Once checked your order will automatically be marked as paid



Occasionally we open popular products up to pre-orders on The Soaphaus. This allows die-hard fans and our BFF's of the products to secure their products first

When placing an order these are a few things you should know;

Pre-orders will be open if our products are not ready stock at the moment.This simply means we are currently restocking our product.Our usual waiting period may range from 2 weeks - 4 weeks.An estimation of date would be given while placing an order but there could be changes to it.We'll do everything that we can to make sure we ship on the given date

If your pre-ordered items are delayed there could be several reasons to it;

Public Holidays & Unpredictable Weather Conditions - Weather or other unpredictable events can cause shipping delays.  Customs delays can sometimes prevent shipments from arriving at our warehouse on schedule. These types of events can also affect shipments from production facility to our warehouse  customers.

Quality Control - High volume of orders during the sale period may cause delays as well.This is because we put effort in our Quality Control to make sure all our handmade and natural products are in best quality from our packaging to the final product.

What if my order is delayed post the given date ? 

A partial fulfilment may be done if most of your items are in-stock.The pre-order ones will be shipped on a later date.We will keep you informed throughout this process. 

Just because it’s on pre-order, doesn’t mean there is unlimited stock. As we only sell on pre-order things that we’ve already bought, the stock is limited and often sells out – get in quick!
