How to use

TSH Wellness Body Ritual

First Wash

1)Take a bowl and add 4-5 teaspoon of our Herbal Glow Scrub
2)Then add a few drops of rosehip oil
3)Add milk/water/yoghurt depending on your preference and scrub in and upwards position
4)*May be used for face too but be careful for rough granules of cinnamon*

Second wash

1)Take a pail and add 5-6 teaspoon of Rich Rose Salt Soak.Mix well
2)Soak feet or rinse whole body with the soak
3)Do not follow with shower gel
4)This should be your last step
